Brechin boss Ray McKinnon has been named League One Manager of the Month for April.
The 44-year-old oversaw an unbeaten month for his side which ensured they secured a place in the promotion play-offs with Brechin set to face Championship outfit Alloa in the first leg of their semi-final at the Glebe tomorrow night.
McKinnon, who has now won three out of the last four League One MOTM awards, has recently been linked with the vacant manager posts at Dunfermline and Raith Rovers.
He said: “We have only had two defeats in 25 games and the boys have been fantastic so while I am delighted to get the award, all credit goes to the team.
“They are the ones who put in the performances.”
