Brechin boss Jim Duffy expects his players to face a tough challenge when they welcome Cowdenbeath to the Glebe tonight.
A win would guarantee City a play-off place but Cowdenbeath will have just as much incentive to win as they could still be crowned champions.
Duffy said, “You get to a certain stage of the season where the importance of each match becomes more significant and our next match is one of those games.
“But it will also be an equally important game for Cowdenbeath as they still have aspirations of winning the league.
“A win would help them close the gap at the top so this game will not just be about Brechin’s play-off place.”
City head into the game with the same squad of players that they had available on Saturday.
