Arbroath manager Allan Moore has been named League Two Manager of the Month for December.
Moore guided the Red Lichties to an almost faultless month to close out 2014, with his side grinding out four victories and a draw over the busy festive period.
A 1-1 draw up at Elgin was followed by back-to-back 3-2 wins over Annan Athletic and East Stirling, before a 2-0 win at home to Berwick ensured it would be a merry Christmas for Arbroath fans everywhere.
Moore, who actually turned 50 on Christmas Day, then masterminded a 5-1 rout of East Fife at Bayview on December 27 to consolidate Arbroath’s place at the top of the table.
It is Moore’s second Manager of the Month award of the season, having scooped the accolade for Arbroath’s August achievements.
