Dundee board hold ‘constructive’ meeting with Dee4Life

Dundee’s board had a meeting on Monday night with representatives of the Dee4Life Trust which Dens Park commercial director Harry MacLean has described as “constructive.”
The get-together was a result of recent open letters issued on behalf of outgoing Dundee chairman Bob Brannan and head of the Dee4Life Trust Scott Glenday, focusing on the future direction and financial sustainability of the club.
MacLean did not want to divulge too much detail over what occurred at the meeting before the trust issued a full statement to its members.
However, he would confirm that everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet.
MacLean said, “The meeting went very well. It is not a major secret that we are hoping groups like Dee4Life will help us raise more money for the club.
“These are challenging times but it would be fair to say that everyone is pulling in the same direction we all want what is best for Dundee Football Club.”
