Former Blackpool striker gets another chance to impress Paul Hartley
ByThe Courier Reporter
Dundee boss Paul Hartley had another look at Craig Sutherland in action during a bounce game at Morton on Monday.
The free agent has been in training at Dens during the past week and had impressed the manager when he played in a practice match last Thursday.
Hartley was keen to see the pacy striker again, with Sutherland playing the full 90 minutes against Morton, and he will now weigh up whether to continue his interest in the former Blackpool frontman.
The match was also an opportunity for Steven Doris to get game time following his lengthy rehabilitation from a stomach injury.
Meanwhile, Dundee’s match against Dumbarton at the Bet Butler Stadium on Saturday March 22 will be an all-ticket affair.
