Former Dundee and St Johnstone striker Carl Finnigan has announced his retirement from football.
The 29-year-old has recently been playing for Township Rollers in Botswana but the club announced he had been released on Monday.
Finnigan, who also played for Newcastle United, Falkirk and Gateshead, has now decided to hang up his boots.
He said: “I want to thank everyone at Township Rollers for making my time at the club so welcoming.
“I have decided to retire from football and thought now was the best time with an opportunity to start a completely new career hopefully in Botswana but away from football.”
