Dundee have announced that Cammy Kerr has signed a new two-year deal with the club.
The 20-year-old has been rewarded after featuring regularly for the first team following his first appearance of the season in the New Year derby at Dens against United.
Kerr was voted man of the match in that victory and has since featured six times for Paul Hartley’s side.
The lifelong Dundee fan who came up through the youth ranks at the club, spent the first part of this season on loan to League One side Peterhead.
Last week, Dundee’s Darren O’Dea and Paul McGowan also signed new deals while it was confirmed that Inverness duo James Vincent and Danny Williams had signed pre-contracts with the Dark Blues.
