Stuart Armstrong and Gary Mackay-Steven have described their delight at moving to Celtic.
The former Dundee United pair agreed to move to Glasgow late on transfer deadline day.
Armstrong told Celtic TV: “It’s a surreal feeling at the moment. There’s a lot to take in.
“I’m really happy to be here. It was a great five and a half years at Dundee United and I think this opportunity was too good to turn down.”
GMS had already signed a pre-contract agreement that would have seen him move to Parkhead in the summer, but the Hoops have struck a deal that sees him and good friend Armstrong join with immediate effect.

Mackay-Steven said: “It’s amazing to finally be here it’s what I wanted.”
He added: “The pre-contract happened a few weeks ago and I was delighted back then … but to get it all done and dusted today is just a dream.”
The fees for two of the Tangerines’ star turns will be undisclosed but they will rake in around £2 million for the double deal.
While United fans were resigned to losing Mackay-Steven, many last night expressed their disappointment that Armstrong will also be leaving for United’s League Cup final opponents.
The news in the last few minutes will take time to sink in, but right now, there are few words to articulate this. Numb. Just numb. #P2BAA

On what turned out to be a hectic transfer deadline night for the Tangerines, they also secured the signings of former Tannadice favourite Paul Dixon and Kilmarnock’s Robbie Muirhead.
