Dundee United are unlikely to have goalkeeper Eiji Kawashima back fit to face Motherwell at Fir Park on Friday night.
The Japanese international missed Saturday’s William Hill Scottish Cup win over Ross County with a thigh strain and boss Mixu Paatelainen has again put understudy Luis Zwick on stand-by to face Well.
Gavin Gunning (groin) does return for the Ladbrokes Premiership duel, though, while Paul Paton has declared himself fit despite limping off midway through the 3-2 cup win in Dingwall. Guy Demel (hamstring) and Callum Morris (knee) remain out.
