Dundee United still don’t know how much they will need to pay for Charlie Telfer after a transfer tribunal broke up without announcing their decision.
The panel met at Hampden and it was expected that the Tangerines would be told by early afternoon the final figure they must give Rangers for the midfielder, who made the switch from Ibrox to Tannadice in the summer.
However, the long-running saga goes on and it could be as late as this evening before the ruling is made public.
United, who were represented at the national stadium by chairman Stephen Thompson and their legal team, have already paid £60,000 plus VAT for Telfer and have subsequently raised their offer to £100,000.
