A stunning Danny Swanson volley saw St Johnstone shock Celtic 1-0 at Parkhead and move back into the Premiership’s top six.
The Perth club’s first league win in Glasgow’s east end since 2011 was enough to send them above Dundee in the table and perhaps breathe new life into the title race in the process.

Celtic failed to clear a David Wotherspoon corner properly and the ball fell to Swanson who lashed a superb 30-yard drive into Craig Gordon’s top left-hand corner.
Saints survived the expected late onslaught and will now have high hopes of securing a top half finish in the remaining games before the split.
