Glenrothes occupy top spot in BT Caledonia Division One after chalking up a comfortable 51-5 win away to Carnoustie.
The Fifers were already well in control at half-time, which they reached with a 20-0 lead through tries from Shaun Gray and Steven Varney, both converted by Kurt Strachan, who was also on target with two penalties.
Michael Delorey and Ross Anderson had a try apiece in the second half and Strachan touched down twice as well as landing all four conversions and completing a full house of scoring methods when he landed a drop goal.
The sides will meet again on knockout duty when the BT Shield semi-finals take place later this month, although Carnoustie will have home advantage.
The two teams who sit a point below Glenrothes in the table both boosted their scoring tallies when they chalked up more than 100 points, with Gordonians seeing off Hillfoots 116-5 and Highland, who have a game in hand, beating Mackie Academy 106-0.
Meanwhile, Dunfermline returned from the trip to face RAF Lossiemouth with a bonus point as consolation after a 22-16 defeat, but Strathmore were left empty-handed when they went down 23-11 at Caithness.
With Alloa’s match at home to Kinross postponed, Harris Academy had an opportunity to draw clear at the top of Division Two (Midlands) when they welcomed Blairgowrie. And the Elliott Road men took full advantage, recording a 60-0 win.
Despite the score, the visitors offered a stern test in the opening exchanges and it took Harris 12 minutes to unlock the stuffy opposition defence.
However, by half-time the hosts had taken control, building a 24-0 lead and securing the bonus point through tries from Joe Abbott, Mike Devlin, Scott Smart and Marc Wilson, with Craig Wallace kicking two conversions.
The second period brought two further touchdowns by Abbott, a brace for Chaz Quin and one apiece from Craig Morrison and Scott Smart, with Wallace on target with three more conversions to complete the scoring.
Morgan Academy sit third in the table after recording a 34-5 win away to Madras Rugby. Morgan had tries from Biko Satala, Jonathan Hicks, Joeli Nakavulevu, Taylor Smith, and Varesa Valemi, who also weighed in with three conversions and a penalty.
The result sets up an intriguing clash at home to Alloa on Saturday.
In the other match that beat the weather, Howe of Fife seconds squeezed home 17-15 at home to Panmure to occupy fourth spot in the table.
Falkirk seconds continue to set the pace in Division Three (Midlands) after posting a 69-5 win at home to Glenrothes Development XV.
Arbroath are still the closest challengers following a 22-0 success at Bo’ness while Crieff & Strathearn remain third in the table after seeing off Grangemouth Stags seconds 35-22.
Perthshire seconds, who could move to the top of the table if they win their two games in hand, took the honours in the day’s other game, beating Waid Academy 26-20.
