If they did, surely a field day would be had with the current UK political scene.
Now, while nostalgia isn’t quite what it used to be, Alex Salmond has harked back to the wonderful Spitting Image to illustrate his point on recent polls.
The former First Minister has strident views about the controversy surrounding Gregory Burke’s play, The Black Watch, and the fact it is not on the syllabus at Kirriemuir’s Websters High School.
There’s even a Shakespeare reference thrown in. What more do you want?
